Decisions decisions.... More decisions...

Ah well, anyhow, I've been in a very chill out, clubbing mood lately. Maybe cause I wanna enjoy what's left of my last real holiday. And then again, I wonder how long this one will last. There are so many things I want to do before I start work. So, I crazily made out a list...

What I WANT to do before I start work:
1) Backpack in Europe
2) Go on the Travel & Work USA thingy.. Spend 3 months travelling and working in the US.
3) 1 month mission trip - anywhere
4) Go diving!!! Whee.... I want to dive in the tropical waters man!
5) Go for a Contiki tour to Africa!!!

What I have to do now:
1) Find a job
2) Work to get money to sponsor the above

Oh well... I love to travel. But, it's costly.... Sigh...

Whee.. Finally!! Updates and pictures.

This is the IMF appreciation dinner held at the Sky Garden at Vivocity somewhere in October. It was really a good idea to have it at Vivocity since it was huge and I hadn't been there before. But, security was very tight!!! Cos PM Lee was there as the Guest of Honour. Really interesting to see PM Lee at such close distance. Haha... And, he got a warm welcome. =)

So anyway, here are the photos...

Top row is the view from Sky Garden at Vivocity. You can see Sentosa and the PSA "birdy canes". But pity, it was in the midst of the haze, so the pictures didn't come out that well. But, it was fun.
Second row: Amphitheatre where all we were seated. A stage was set up for the MCs (I think was Jaime Yeo and some other guy) and later Hardy Mirza came up on the stage to perform, although by then, I was off shopping at Vivocity with XingYee. The last photo's of me and XingYee. Thanks for the company babe!
Last row: PM Lee giving his speech, a drum percussions performance and that's me attempting to take a photo with the backdrop of Sentosa (ferry terminal) at the back. Hee...

True to my little indulgences, I bought this little piece of tiramisu cake (I wanted 2 other types - the Cocoa Napoleon and the Marshmallow one) from the Patissier which cost about $5. But, it's well worth it. The packaging is pretty too! And it managed to withstand a rough ride back to home. Yum yum... =)

I having a craving for cheese fondue and chocolate fondue all thanks to my visit to Swiss Culture at Suntec City. I am going to go back there to eat the cheese fondue one day.

oh... on a different note, I bought 4 petit fours yesterday from Seasons Reasons at Raffles City Marketplace yesterday. I love the layout of that place! So, pretty and, it isn't super expensive. Not cheap either, but for the ambience and company of good pals, I'd take that place. Only thing is that it's a bit small. But, I love the private area they have man! Haha... Maybe I should suggest it for Christmas dinner with mel, shirl, rudi and gang. hee... =) So, anyway, back to my petit fours story. I got hooked on their new york cheesecake the last time and i was just dreaming of it. It was freshly made the last time i went there and it tasted really good, so, I've been craving for it for a while. I got the NY cheesecake, oreo cheesecake, blackforest cake and opera (all really tiny pieces, say about 3 by 3cm at most?) and it cost $7 plus. I brought them home and was about to begin eating when mummy came home, so I offered her some. She asked how much it cost, I told her, about $7 for all. And, she flipped!! Hahaha... It was so funny seeing her expression. After eating one tiny bite, she said she had enough cos $7 for all those small pieces was too expensive for her to eat. Haha... But, it's desserts mum!! Dang... Now, i crave those wonderful Patissier cakes, and did I mention they're uber pretty and some of their varieties are super duper delicious!!!

I am so tired. I think i need to sleep more. From last friday till this tuesday, I averaged about 3 hours of sleep each night, and there was 1 night I only got 1 hr of sleep! And, imagine I have to work my brains on countless presentations and reports with type of sleep. I'm practically a walking zoombie. Gosh, so much to do, so little time. I jus wanna slack and take time to enjoy my surroundings. Ah well... Anyway, one of my little misadventures this week included a trip to Bukit Panjang to apparently surprise my friend on his birthday. But, it didn't go according as planned. =( Haha... But, nonetheless, Happy belated 23rd birthday to you! =)

Now I'm all cooped up in school trying to escape the drilling at my place. Gggrrrr...
